My husband Blake, (at that time my fiancé) and I started the TotalTrainer program when we started the countdown for our wedding. We EACH have three children and both work full-time, but we really wanted to give it our all to get ready for our big day.

I would recommend the TotalTrainer methodology for anyone with a busy schedule that is looking for a lifestyle change, not just a quick fix. It isn’t a “one-size-fits-all system;” it was exactly what we needed.
